Common questions about our free exam planner and printable downloads.

Is the Tutopiya study planner free?

Yes. The exam study planner is free to use in your browser. You can plan your revision timetable, set goals, and download free printable study planner pages (save as PDF from the print dialog) at no cost.

Can I download a free printable study planner?

Yes. In the planner, open Printable planner to create a print-friendly page: a monthly grid (calendar, to-do, important notes, goals) or a study session sheet (objectives, to complete, summary). Use your browser’s print dialog and choose Save as PDF to download.

Which qualifications does the study planner support?

The tool is built for IGCSE, GCSE, A-Level, and IB Diploma students. Set your qualification and exam session in your study profile so goals and resources match your pathway.

How is this different from the Topic & past paper planner?

The exam study planner is your overall timetable, goals, and session log across subjects. The Topic & past paper planner helps you plan practice paper by paper. They work well together for structure and past paper practice.

Does the planner store my data on your servers?

Your planner data is saved locally in your browser. You can export a backup JSON from Settings. Clearing site data will remove it unless you have exported a copy.
